Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

 

  1. Proactive sourcing of passive and active candidates to support the Corporate Recruiter in filling positions.
  2. Utilize sourcing tools, including internal database searches. Job boards, cold calling, internet, social media outlets and referrals.
  3. Reviews and screens applications and resumes for qualified candidates.
  4. Build a pipeline and network of top Healthcare talent.
  5. Complies and maintains data related to recruitment activity via Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  6. Assist with license checking, onboarding and general recruitment administrative duties.
  7. Future opportunity to recruit for open positions.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate's Degree in a related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred

 

Professional Experience:

  • No Experience Required, Grads Welcome - Entry Level
  • iCIMS ATS experience a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, & organizational skills
  • Proven ability to be a strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Strong Hunter mentality
  • Excellent social media and research skills
