    Responsibilities

    The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for, but not limited to:

     

    1. Reviews and screens applications and resumes for qualified candidates

    2. Complies, maintains and reports on data related to recruitment activity

    3. Ensures completion of initial interviews in accordance with established protocols

    4. Ensures that the employment process proceeds in a organized manner

    5. Ensures completion of all required employee documentation before hire

    6. Assists with orientation and in-service classes as requested

    7. Assists Director in preparing and placing advertisements

    8. Participates in recruitment outreach programs, attends job fairs and trade shows

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in a related field

     

    Professional Experience:

    • 3-5 years of relevant Health Care Recruiting experience. HR/Marketing experience a plus.
    • Must be able to handle a high requisition load & fast paced environment
    • Must have experience in full-cycle recruitment
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Able to work in a timely manner with accuracy & thoroughness
    • Experience with iCIMS ATS
